When you graduate from the RN-to-BSN program, you will be able to:
- Function within the nurse’s legal and ethical scope of practice
- Promote nursing by advocating for and being leaders in their work
- Use published research and evidence-based practices to gather information from assessments to identify issues, set goals, and create care plans for:
- Patients
- Families,
- Communities.
- Formulate goals and outcomes using an evidence-based and theoretical analysis of data to reduce patient and community risk
- Use different resources and technology to monitor and improve healthcare quality by considering:
