Technology Spaces

Our campus libraries offer computers, WEPA printers, academic databases, and more to support your research and creative endeavors!

Computer Interactive Learning Center
Our Interactive Learning Centers (ILCs for short) are equipped with computers, WEPA printers, wi-fi and comfy spaces to study and work on group projects.
Computer Kiosks

If you need a computer to complete your registration and payment process, we have kiosks and registration labs at all of our campus Welcome Centers and lobby areas.

What are service desks?

Service Desks are a campus spaces available for walk up technical support to help students, employees & guests get connected to the College’s systems, & quick help with computers & mobile devices.

Service Desk Hours

  • Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

  • Friday: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Available Services

  • Password resets

  • Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) help

  • Wi-Fi troubleshooting

  • Office 365 email and Microsoft Teams

  • Global Protect VPN

  • Updates for operating systems, browsers, and hardware drivers

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (for approved students and employees)

Services NOT Available at Services Desks

  • Requests for classroom troubleshooting: Service Desk employees cannot leave the service desk area to address concerns in other locations on campus.

  • Diagnosing & repairing my computer

  • Installing software on my device

    • For College-owned devices: please contact Technical Support for assistance.

    • For Personal devices: the Service Desk can provide guidance only.

  • Technical Equipment Check Out

    • Equipment requests must be submitted to the Help Desk.

  • Printing Needs

    • The Service Desk does not have available printers.

    • Students can use WEPA printer stations located in campus libraries, ILC's and other posted locations.

How to Print

We use a pay-per-print service through Wireless Everywhere Print Anywhere (WEPA). WEPA makes it easy for you to print what you need from almost any device. Just follow these steps.
  1. Make a WEPA Account

    Visit the WEPA website to make an account.

  2. Download the Print Driver

    Download WEPA’s free print driver or app to your computer or mobile device.

  3. Send Documents to a Printer on Campus

    Connect to the Internet from any computer or mobile device and send your documents to a WEPA kiosk on campus.

  4. Print

    Visit the WEPA print station, log into your account, and print your documents anytime. You can pay for prints with a credit card, WEPA card or with money from your student account. WEPA cash cards can be purchased at the library from the card machine for $5. This is a cash transaction and cards are not reloadable.
