The Domestic Maritime Centers of Excellence Act will provide assistance and designate San Jacinto College and other selected community and technical colleges and workforce training centers as “Centers of Excellence.”
The CHECHS class of 2017 earned a total of $4,960,019 in scholarship funds. Students will transfer to prestigious universities such as Yale University, Duke University, Wesleyan University, Rice University and enlist in the United States military.
